QoL Offline Gain and Minor Tweaks

NEW functionality: 'Offline Gain'.

You can activate it in the 'Settings' menu and the toggle status is saved.

You only get the offline gain on load when your prestige level is min. 3  (But you can activate the toggle before.)

Prestige Balance

The 'Prestige Cost Curve' is flattened after reaching level 9

Prestige Upgrade Costs Balance

The costs for Prestige 'price' upgrades is flattened.

Minor Bug Fixes

Fixed some minor bugs in the prestige screen. Without cheating nobody should have experienced them yet. :-)
